First Phone Call

On Monday I received my first phone call from Bryan..Let me rephrase that... I received my second phone call but I didn't miss this one. So I actually got to talk to him! I was so excited there was so much I wanted to tell him and ask him. I only got to talk to him for 10 minutes which stunk but It was so nice to hear his voice. I asked him how he was doing and he said he was doing really good. He said the first week at Boot Camp he got yelled at all the time and now he hardly ever gets yelled at. He also said that the first week he only got like 30 seconds to eat! So he was lucky to get a lick of a roll. Now they get 3-4 minutes which he really likes. He is really liking it, he misses Bryanna and I but he is making a lot of new friends. He said that there are only 4 guys in his flight that are married and only 2 of them have any kids. He asked me to send pictures too. I have been a slacker about uploading pictures to mail off to him so I just mailed off 22 pictures to him in 6 different envelopes. He told me that next week they do the gas chamber and the obstacle course and he is looking forward to it. I asked him how he is doing on his running and he said he runs a mile and a half in 10 minutes which is great! I am so proud of him and excited for him. I miss him like crazy and am so grateful for family that is helping to keep me busy while time passes. I am planning on driving to Texas to his graduation at the end of July. I know I am crazy to want to drive 20 hours with an almost 10 month old. My sister Eve is going to go with us and drive part of the way. I bought a DVD player for the car so I can put on Tinkerbell for Bryanna and hopefully that will keep her occupied otherwise there is always Benadryl :)
